looking for house with garage and back yard

looking for two bedroom house,we just had a baby boy can no longer afford high rent apt,have to move.i have 12 and 8 year old in school in middle creek,do not want to change school district,me and my wife worked very hard to keep them where they are,since we had new baby my wife can not work,so we have only my income,i do side jobs to try and make ends meet but can not rely on side jobs,i have been a mechanic for 25 years.can trade mechanic work for security deposit or pay security in 2 bi weekly payments.
if any one can help us we would greatly appreciate it.
