Single family rental home wanted for responsible females

Looking for a wonderful single family home located in a safe neighborhood for quiet, responsible, professional females to live.

Monthly rent range: $900 - 1100.

We are NON smokers!!! =)

Prefer long term lease - at least 12-15 months.

Have excellent credit, employment, and rental history.

Would like a 3+ bedroom / 2.5+ bathroom home within a 15 minute drive to the NCSU Veterinary School.

We do have well behaved, house-broken, crate-trained dogs. They are NON-destructive and NON-aggressive --- sweetest puppers! (see pics below!!) =)

I am willing to pay a small pet fee if the amount is REFUNDABLE. I understand the precautions that a landlord must take, but honestly - our pups are NOT a problem! My two labs have been living in a one bedroom apartment (very small space) for TWO years without any problems at all!

Prefer a home with at least a one car garage and the yard MUST be fenced!

My intended move date is the beginning of May 2007.

We will take GREAT care of your home and treat it like it was our very own. I sincerely believe that anyone renting their home to us would be exceptionally pleased with us as their renters.
