Residence needed

My daughter is a 23 yo on disability and working a small part time job. She is seeking an apartment/ loft/ sharing opportunity convient to a bus line. An area convient to college would be optimal. She would like to have her cat but that is optional.

She is an artist and so room for her art storage and a working area would be great.
