looking for lease option or just rental home

looking to rent or lease a 3 bedroom home in the raleigh area. will to pay $800 or less. looking to move-in by dec 1st. prefer 2 bathrooms, but 1 will work. definitely need 3 bedrooms. have a dog, so prefer pets ok. lab(mix) 45lbs full grown.
