I am relocating and looking for someone to take over my lease starting October 1st and sign a new lease with the complex. The rent is $755, but for the months of October and November, I am willing to cover $155.

My apt is in Berkeley Apartments at Southpoint. It is very spacious, bright, and clean. It has two rooms, a nice kitchen with dishwasher, a large and nice bathroom with a garden tub, a large walk in closet, a laundry room with washer/dryer hookups. Pets are allowed.
The complex is very secure, gated community with 24 hr maintanance. The complex has a swimming pool, tennis court, and a gym.
