The property has dedicated laundry, security surveillance, on-site professional management, free parking. Near Pullen Park and the pool, these small apartments are close to downtown Raleigh and NCSU. There are two levels in our apartments with stairs on one side of the apartment leading to the loft. The loft level is about half the size of the downstairs.
