I am moving to another city and I'll need someone/a small family to take over my lease starting October 1st. The rent is $500 until the end of lease term (Nov 30th) then a new lease needs to be signed with the apt complex. Currently I am paying $705, but only asking for $500 for the months of October and November.

Apartment complex: Located in a very secure, gated community, Apt complex has fitness center, swimming pool, tennis court, BBQ area, Parking on the site, 24 hr maintenance, Public transportation just outside the complex, 7 miles to RTP, 15 miles to Duke University, 22 miles to UNC campus ; 2 miles to Southpoint Mall, Harris Teeter (Hwy 54), Southpoint Crossing.
