I will have a brand new end unit townhome located at The Groves ( Ten Ten Road in Apex ) available at the end of December 2006. This unit has 2 bed rooms 2 1/2 baths plus fireplace and a third floor with a loft ( Great for a office ). The rental price will be $950 plus utilities. You will have 2 parking spaces for this unit.
