Im looking for a warehouse/industrial space. Needs to have at least one bay door at ground level. One story, powered not resessary for water hookup. Road frontage not needed. Any location around the raleigh area. Space can be up to 5000 sq, but is strictly dependent on price. Can go up to $12,000 per year. Prefer space able to $6000 per year
