Cash cow condo (1 left)

I am moving and need to sell this condo at Lake Park by NCSU in a 3 weeks. There are 4 br 4ba, and it rents by the room. There are currently 2 tenants; one at $350/mo with a small dep. and one at $325 for a month with the standard deposit. I pay water and electric to $100. They pay overages.
Leases are up May 07, and Sept 07. Currently working on getting more tenants.
