I am looking for someone to take over my lease and sign a long term (8-12 months) lease with my apt complex starting October 1st, 2006.

My apt is located in Berkeley Apartments at Southpoint. It is very spacious (~850 sq feet) and bright, located on the 2nd floor. The apt has 1 Bedroom, a sunroom, nice size kitchen with dishwasher, garbage disposal, plenty cabinet space, a big bathroom with a garden tub, a large walk in closet, a laundry room with washer and dryer hook ups, high ceilings, fire place, and A/C. It is very close to RTP and shopping centers.
