Totally self-contained with electric hookup, generator, propane gas. Stove, refrigerator, microwave, AC front and back, heater, hot water heater, full bath with shower inside and out. Tape player, CD, Wired for cable. Lots of storage space. Would also be a great place to hang out in event of another ice storm!!!
