Suport our Students Site Coordinator

Hours: Summer 9:00am – 3:00pm M – F June 8th-August 10th. School Year 2:30pm to 6:30pm Monday through Friday.
General Function: The Support Our Students (SOS) Site Coordinator is responsible for using the resources provided by the SOS grant to enhance and supplement the overall Boys & Girls Club program. The coordinator will have a special emphasis on programming for middle school age members and will be required to keep all records as set forth by the grant.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Experience or course of study in elementary, secondary education, child development or child psychology. Youth work or camp experience in a leadership role preferred.
2. Enthusiastic and creative programmer with the ability to work directly with members.
3. Ability to communicate orally and in written form with members, parents and volunteers.
4. Ability to manage grant budget and prepare all required reports monthly.
5. Ability to create market and implement programs for youth.
6. Ability to work with large groups of youth.
7. Application of discipline consistent with and appropriate to the goals of the Boys & Girls Club.
