Geotechnical Engineer

Essential Functions/Responsibilites: (other functions may be assigned)
Geotechnical engineer to complete geotechnical analysis and report preparation for a variety of projects including transportation , commercial, institutional, and industrial projects. Must be experienced in subsurface exploration, soil classification, analysis for shallow and deep foundations, seismic design, and report preparation. Candidate will be expected to participate in proposal preparation, marketing, and project management.

Requirements:
- B.S. in Civil Engineering (MS in Geotechnical Engineering preferred) - 7-12 years related experience
North Carolina PE or the ability to become registered in NC within 3 months required
Must pass drug test, background check, and must have a satisfactory driving record in accordance with the Company’s driving (MVR) policy
