We address the proofing and approval needs of Advertising, Printing and Publishing professionals in both vendor-use and in-house environments. Our application is already a well-established part of the workflow process at major national newspapers chains, manufacturers, national and regional printers, and ad agencies.

The Role:
We are looking for a business professional to join PROOF-it-ONLINE as an Account Manager in the B2B hosted software space, providing approval management solutions to the creative industries. You must be comfortable, motivated, and extremely energized about making dozens of warm calls a day, qualifying prospects, suggesting features to match business needs, on-boarding new clients, and growing and retaining accounts. You should have demonstrated experience working with a client base in a diverse range of creative roles throughout the customer lifecycle, from prospect to new user implementations, as well as scheduled follow-up contact with existing clientele.

The Responsibilities:
- Proactively builds and maintains favorable relationships with prospects, new clients and existing clients in order to retain and increase revenue.
- Lead qualification in e-commerce, enterprise, channel and network segments  mostly warm lead follow-up with website visitors and trial users, some cold calling to targeted prospects.
- Quickly learn, understand, and communicate customer needs and requirements; provide day to day tactical customer guidance, while identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.
- Present and articulate advanced product features and benefits of various configurations.
- Provide on-boarding resources and implementation direction to new accounts and users.
- Work closely with sales and tech support to provide a unified team of resources to clients.
- Administrative duties to include entry of client contacts into CRM tool, some account and user set-up, and written email correspondence to clients as needed.
- Approximately 90% of time will be spent on outbound calling initiatives with existing leads and customers.

The Qualifications and Skills:
- 2 -4 years relevant work experience in B2B account management, tech or sales support, or related creative industry role.
- Strong time-management skills with the drive and comfort-level required to aggressively make outbound calls.
- Excellent, excellent, excellent communications capabilities. Spoken and written.
- Ability to work independently to achieve goals in an active, fast paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Understanding and enthusiasm for Internet techniques and new technologies including browsers, online applications and tools.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, commitment to providing timely and accurate account history and details.
- Experience with account growth and retention activities preferably in a recurring revenue/subscription model.
- Previous experience in a start-up environment preferred with background and understanding of printing, graphics, creative industries a significant plus.
- Team player with high motivation level and proven ability to deal with rapid change.
- BA/BS degree or higher.
