The Administrative Assistant-President’s Office provides administrative support to the President’s Office and to Finance. Essential functions include assisting senior staff members with travel documents, visa processes, hotel reservations and ensuring traveler has all necessary paper work prior to travel; organizing and maintaining files within the President’s office; organizing various meetings and conference calls; record meeting minutes; assist with prioritizing and scheduling the President’s calendar; coordinating documentation for country registration and opening bank accounts; assisting in monitoring and tracking action items and maintaining records from the IntraHealth Leadership Team (ILT) and Board meetings; assisting in monitoring and tracking deadlines for the annual management cycle; assisting with any special projects that may be assigned by the President.

Minimum requirements include three or more years proven administrative office assistant experience; proven ability to proofread and edit correspondence, reports, and documents; proven ability to work with all levels of office staff, to work in teams, and with different personalities; polished administrative skills including organizational skills; exceptional command of the English language demonstrated by excellent written and verbal communication skills; excellent word processing skills and proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point and Microsoft Office Suite; ability to work independently; pleasant phone presence; ability to maintain discretion; and ability to be both detailed and accurate.

This position is based in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
