Issue payments or denials in settlement with insured. Maintained 91% on 15 day closing and 98% on 30 day closings and 98% on audits. Received the annual "Cash Award Bonus for Excellence two years in a row.



Vanorsdale Insurance Sales, El Cajon, California Claims Service Representative 1986 - 1989 Duties Include: Take loss information from the client and help determine possible claim filing with appropriate carrier. Monitor claims to conclusion, Investigated and settled minor first party auto and homeowner claims. Implemented new filing system and procedures which proved to be 80% more efficient. Eliminated six months backlog which two previous claims representatives were unable to accomplish.



Allied Group Insurance Company, La Mesa, California Claims Indexer 1981 - 1986 Duties Include: Take loss reports via telephone and through US Mail. An Index loss on manual and automated polices. Responsible for processing all subrogation recoveries. Processing of all subrogation recoveries until conclusion. Route file to closure. Responsible for all incoming and out going mail. Pull files for adjuster's diaries.
