Residential Services is a private non-profit organization that provides living options and services to people of all ages with developmental disabilities. Since 1974, RSI has continued to grow and now provides services to individuals residing in 17 group homes, several apartments and a new retirement center for seniors with developmental disabilities. RSI promotes quality of life by maximizing self determination, development of independent living skills, community involvement, meaningful social roles and socially responsible behavior.
We are currently looking for a Social Worker. MSW required; This is a full-time position.
Duties include:
Coordinating residential placement, Completing Social Work History and Evaluation for residents entering placement and annually thereafter, Participating in ISP (Individual Support Plan) meetings, Assisting staff and family with coordination of benefits, and providing appropriate referrals to family and residents.
