Responsibilities:

Qualified candidates will work in an Arbor engineering team to design, develop and test scalable network security products. Candidates will work closely with architects to develop the best technical design and approach for new product development. He or she must excel in team environments and be extremely prolific, i.e. one who regularly produces high quality solutions in less time than his or her colleagues.



Required Skill Set:

- Proficient developing in C or Python

- Experience developing in Unix or Linux

- A driving sense of craftsmanship, quality and ownership

- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

- Ability and willingness to take on additional tasks as assigned

- Ability to work in small teams to solve complex problems



Desired Skill Set:

- Experience developing in a large source code base

- Experience with network programming on Linux / Unix

- Ability to develop solutions where the problem is not well defined

- Good written and verbal communication skills



Education

- Bachelor's and/or Master*s degree in computer science/engineering (or equivalent work experience)
