An experienced
Administrative Assistant is needed for our client, located in Raleigh, NC. Responsibilities include general administrative support for the Director of External Communications including phone coverage, travel arrangements, managing invoices, budget reports, expense reports and calendars.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing project support specific to section(s), including research, analysis and special initiatives. Handle section budget, track invoices and resolve related issues
- Act as a liaison between the department and external groups
- Analyze, write and summarize data from multiple sources
- Prepare complex documentation, reports, charts, graphs and spreadsheets as needed
- Act as a point of contact for section(s) or new employees; coordinate resources and facilities items
Skills needed:
- Microsoft Office software proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required and comfort with web based applications
- Must have the ability to build, develop and maintain strong interdepartmental and client relationships
- Must have a high level of computer proficiency, including Intranet
- Must be able to work with confidential information in a professional manner
- Must have excellent oral, written communications and interpersonal skills
