I'm a professional that is moving from my house in Atlanta, and I am looking for a house to share in Raleigh. Floyd, my well behaved german shepherd, will be living with me. We're in a hotel room right now, so the sooner we find something, the better.





My wish list:


o I'd like to be able to walk to music and bars.


o It'd be great to have a back yard for Floyd.


o I'd like to have cool roommates so that I can split a great house.


o Those roommates should know how to clean once and a while.


o While I've got a wish list, I'd like to have a workshop where I can use my power tools.





I can leave furniture such as a coffee table, end tables, a breakfast room table, couch, chairs, etc. in my house in Atlanta - OR - I can bring them up here. That's how flexible my situation is :).





I've found a house posted that seems to fit what I'm looking for. It's a 4 bedroom/3 bath for $1900, so I'm looking for at least two others (male or female).
