    • 3-8 years experience at a large or mid-size firm or a small estate planning boutique
    • Experience drafting all types of estate planning documents
    • Estate administration experience, including preparing and reviewing estate tax returns
    • Client contact, including initial client meetings

  • Real Estate Associate - Dynamic Mid-size Law Firm - Downtown Raleigh
    • 3-5 years of solid real estate experience
    • Strong academic credentials
    • Major law firm experience

  • Corporate Associate - Large National Law Firm - Cameron Village
    • 3-5 years experience
    • Securities and M & A experience
    • Excellent academic credentials
    • Large firm experience required

  • (2) Litigation Associates - Mid-size Raleigh Law Firm - Cameron Village
    • 1+ years of law firm or federal clerkship experience
    • Strong litigation experience
    • Commercial litigation practice experience
    • above market compensation

  • Corporate Associate - 1+ year Contract - Downtown Raleigh
    • General corporate transactional experience
    • M & A experience
    • Corporate Securities experience
