I am a 43y/o female professional iso of a quiet, smoke-free home. I own a home in VA where my 3 kids go to college. Until the kids are out of college I'll need to keep that home as my "primary" residence as all the kids are in-state at VA state schools. I thought sharing a place, or renting a small efficiency in a private home would be a good solution in the interim. It will also give me an opportunity to get to know the area before committing to purchasing a home.



I have recently relocated to Raleigh to take a new position within my firm. I work for a major finanical services firm and cover a territory that spands from Winston-Salem to Raleigh and occasionally down to Pinehurst. I work long hours so will be gone most of the time but will not be creeping in late at night. There will also be many weekends that I travel home to VA depending on what is going on with the kids and work.



About me? I'm very easy going, neat, and love the Lord. I am not about pushing my agenda nor beliefs on others. Everyone has their own journey. I don't drink/drug nor entertain overnight guests, but am not offended by those who do (with the exception of the drugs...thanks but no thanks to that). I love children (having 3 of my own I suppose I should!) and pets too! I enjoy cooking, strength training (although just recommitted to that after a long-term injury), being outdoors (hmmmm when the temp drops below 101:), and watching an occasional mindless tv show (What Not to Wear is one of my favorites!).
