EXCELLENT RENTER HISTORY - 1 BR private home-Apt. needed

Looking for 1 bedroom apt in Lochmere / Southern Cary Parkway area. Have been in Lochmere since 5/1/04. Landlord selling sooner than thought. I have until 10/1/07. Before that I lived in another house apt for 3.5 years in downtown Raleigh. (both $550) I have several references upon request. I am a quiet professional who would really like to stay in this area. Good work history also available. Laundry facilities, A/C, cable would be a bonus but not a necessity. I am good person to have around and a very good tenant.
