Our client, a law firm in the Raleigh area, has an immediate opening available for a Title Reviewer. This firm specializes in handling mortgage foreclosures. The available position will include the following: the careful review of deeds, deeds of trust, liens, and other documents provided in the title search to establish the validity of the deed of trust on which they are foreclosing; researching, identifying, and resolving title issues; and coordinating with the foreclosure team to ensure a legal foreclosure and marketable title.



Qualified applicants must have experience reviewing titles. The preferred candidate has experience in the areas of foreclosures, real estate closings or title insurance.
