The Dues Processing Specialist is responsible for maintaining up-to-date contact information in the database and processing membership dues in a timely and accurate manner.



Strong computer skills; demonstrated proficiency in data entry and word processing are a must!



Job Responsibilities:

•Process payments, adjustments and refunds accurately.

•Process dues payments with zero errors.

•Adheres to process guidelines to ensure service consistency.

•Access information from a variety of sources and systems to meet customer needs.

•Updates system with relevant information / transactions related to each customer contact.

•Availability to handle customer inquiries at scheduled times.

•Identify and participates in projects and improvement initiatives.

•Quality Assurance of payment processors



Desired Experience:

•Previous data entry experience preferred.

•Exceptional quality driven mindset.
