Major Job Responsibilities:

Researches (through web/document searches and/or interviews), writes,

edits, and proofreads technical data/information for use in documents

such as manuals, procedures, standards, and specifications. Ensures

technical documentation is accurate, complete, meets editorial and

governmental specifications, and adheres to standards for quality,

graphics, coverage, format, and style. Works across multiple departments

to gather and understand information to be documented. Assists managers

with plans and outlines for assigned projects.



Education Required: BS/BA



Education Preferred: Degree in a technical field

DATA STANDARDS:

-Technical Writers who have experience in writing SAP master data standards

-Direct experience writing Data Standards for SAP would be highly

preferred for the DM positions.



SOP (STAND. OPS PROC):

-Experience writing Standard Operational Procedures.

-Minimum five (5) years of technical writing experience, including at

least three (3) years of experience researching, writing, and editing

technical data.

-Experience with FDA regulations and requirements.

-Deep understanding of MS Office software, particularly Word and Visio.

-Experience in writing SOP's for master data, specifically customer,

vendor and material.

-The SOP development will include the forms, check list, and work

flows, BOMS, Routers, Work Centers, Pricing, Quality is preferred.

-Contractors should bring their own laptops.
