Hello again! Im Carmen. My husband and I are moving to Raleigh in September and need a place to rent. We were initially gonna stay in a motel until we were able to find jobs and a place to rent, but i thought id place an ad on here to see whats available. We wouldn't have a job right away (we'll be moving from California) but we can pay for the first two or three months of rent upfront. We're extremely clean people, quiet, and usually keep to ourself. We'll be bringing our toddler with us as well but he's very well behaved.
