Responsibilities:

• Meet/exceed revenue and lead-handling targets

• Qualify strategic deals and ensure smooth transition to Sr. Sales Associates

• Manage lead qualification and sales funnel via Salesforce.com

• Provide accurate forecasting via Salesforce.com to Bronto management

• Generate pipeline of deals through proactive hunting

• Qualify and close business generated by Bronto marketing

Required:

• Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency with the internet, MS Word, Excel

• 0-2 years of sales experience with demonstrable success in prospecting

• BA/BS or equivalent

Preferred:

----------

• Experience with web-based software as a service (SaaS) applications

• Experience with inside sales via phone/web demonstrations

• 4 year degree from a top university

• Formal sales training
