Contracts Scanning & Uploading - 3 month contract position

Hi!





We are looking for an individual to organize and populate a new contract management system. You need to be very detail-oriented, but efficient in problem solving and task management. Computer savvy is essential – if you are unfamiliar with learning new applications/programs or are unable to quickly input data, you will have a great deal of difficulty with this position. You will perform most daily work by yourself.





Educational Requirements: For a paralegal who is computer savvy but otherwise unfamiliar with contract management systems, we're willing to train the right candidate. Otherwise, you should have 2-4 years of direct experience with the use and maintenance of an electronic contract management system. You need to be able to type more than 45 wpm.





Please note, this is NOT an Administrative Assistant position! This position is for a contracts administrator (someone who administers contracts).





Location: Office setting in Raleigh, telecommuting is not available.





Project Length: 3 months (not permanent), full-time (M-F, 8am-5pm)
