Lead Instructional Designer

Saber is currently seeking a lead instructional designer for our team in Raleigh.

• Bachelor's degree in technical writing with an emphasis in instructional design


• Demonstrated excellence in both written and oral presentation


• 3 years of instructional design experience (at least 1 year in a corporate environment)


• 1 year of successful experience as a lead instructional designer involving responsibility for multiple design team members


• Advanced proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools (especially Word and PowerPoint), and with courseware authoring tools, especially RoboHelp or Help and Manual


• Demonstrated knowledge of principles and best practices in instructional design


• Experience with e-learning course publishing and development of online learning strategies is preferred


• Expert-level proficiency with English grammar, spelling, punctuation and usage
