We are looking for a Trainer/Course Developer to develop and manage our customer training program in the US and Canada, working with customers and subject matter experts to design, develop, and deliver training solutions to enhance our customers’ operational success. The following qualifications are critical for this role:



• Bachelor’s Degree in Software, Adult Education, Training, or related field, plus 5 years’ experience in technical training, or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Proven ability and experience with needs analysis, curriculum design, training development, and hands-on delivery

• Ability to design, develop, and edit course materials to achieve learning objectives

• Excellent presentation skills; clear and concise oral and written communications

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Proven ability to learn new software applications quickly and apply expert knowledge to facilitate learning

• Ability to develop and manage a training solution-based revenue stream

• Advanced computer/software skills; self-confident; highly motivated; ability to work under minimal supervision; good analytical and problem solving skills

• Extensive travel (70%) required
