Sr. QA Testing Lead

Saber Corporation is seeking a full time, permanent Sr.QA Testing Lead for our development office in Raleigh, NC. This person will be responsible for testing and leading a test team. He/She will work with QA manager to streamline the quality procedures for any specific initiative. He/She should have passion for testing and finding bugs. This person will be accountable to ensure proper testing is done on his/her product initiative. In addition to leading a testing team he/she is expected to have hands on creating and executing the tests.







Requirements:



More than 2 years of experience in leading a test team



More than 3 years experience in software testing



Experience in SQL(similar data verification tools) is a must and Crystal Reports is a plus!







Microsoft suite (word, excel and access) is mandatory MS Project is a plus!



Should have extensive experience in creating test plans & test cases (scripts); for both manual and automated testing for all phases.



Worked on automation tools is required (Mercury Test Director and Quick Test Pro, are preferred)



Should have good knowledge fundamentals of software development life cycle; and experience is a plus
