apartment needed by december 1st 2007

me and my 2 year old son needs to move by december 1st into an apt so my son can have his own room for xmas, and plus my friend wants us out by then. i have a eviction on my credit from 4 years ago and trying to set up payments with apt place to pay off and i do have a good job, i do medicare insurance and i've been there 6 months or more.
