2 BR/ 2BA Needed

Help! Need a 2 BR and 2 BA town home for a reasonable monthly rate in Raleigh. Have a good rental history for the past 6 months. Plans to move at the end of December or the 1st January preferably in the Raleigh area. However, my credit is poor and due to economic hardship I was late several times on my mortgage payments. Due to this I have been declined a few times in trying to lease a house,Townhome or apartment. I'm looking for a safe and quite neighborhood. I can afford a lease between $750-$800 a month. I'm need of individual owners who are willing to lease and give me a second chance due to my situation and/or those that does not require a credit check.
