RTI International, International Development Group (IDG) is currently seeking a dynamic individual to coordinate and manage international assignment (expatriate/third country national) activities for the institute.

Responsibilities
• This individual will refine and coordinate the hiring process for international assignments ensuring compliance with international assignment policies and procedures; coordinates on-boarding and orientation and off-boarding activities for international assignments; and responsible for international assignment policy development.
• This position will also oversee domestic immigration activities for the institute.
• This individual will managed immigration administration, refine the RTI’s immigration policies and practices and ensure compliance with visa sponsorships.
Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or related field and minimum of 6 years professional experience.
• 5 years experience in International Human Resources administration and coordination
• 2 years experience in expatriate/third country national administration and support
• 3 years experience in immigration administration
• Knowledgeable in international assignment policies and trends
• Knowledgeable in general HR principles and trends in staffing and recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, etc.
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Strong PC skills in MS Office; intermediate to advanced user in Excel
• Personable and proactive
