Job Description
RTI International, International Development Group (IDG) is currently seeking a Senior International HR Manager to work closely with IDG HR Business Partner to ensure integrated, effective and collaborative operational infrastructure and support for IDG international HR.

Responsibilities
• Partners with proposal team, HR Business Partner and corporate HR in developing proposal support systems for staffing, compensation and benefits.
• Works with Regional HR Advisors in coordinating and providing oversight for implementing global HR initiatives in region.
• Serves as HR lead on international due diligence and other IHR cross-functional projects.
• Works closely with Regional HR Advisors and HR Business Partner to develop and strengthen capacity of HR field staff.
Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in HRM or related field
• 8 - 10 years experience in HR Manager / Generalist role
• 5 years experience in international HR
• Strong communication and project management skills
Personable, strategic, hands on, proactive
• Culturally astute
• Global HRM certification desired
