I am a recruiter with iPlaceUSA.I have an urgent job opening for Network Engineer in Raleigh,NC.

This is a 1 years contract position.

We are looking for candidates who are US Citizens and Green Card Holders only.

Looking for candidates who have good experience on VOIP and Cisco Protocols.

• Advanced hands-on experience with the ability to configure and troubleshoot VoIP services Routers, Switches, and content networks.
• Proven design and analysis experience with VoIP, TCP/IP and Wireless networks desired.
• Strong working knowledge of routing protocols such as RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP.
• Strong working knowledge of 802.11 standards and security
• Experience with network security including remote access, VPN and firewall security
• Troubleshooting experience and methodology for data networks
• Strong working knowledge of Internet-related protocols and standards such as VoIP protocols, SIP, TCP/IP, FTP, HTTP, SMTP, RTSP, MPLS, RSVP
• Experience monitoring data networks relating to performance, quality of service, response time, and throughput.
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills which facilitate interfacing, coordinating, and working with the cross functional teams of: development, customer support, and marketing;
• Solid writing skills for documenting plans, evaluations and tests, and operational procedures
• Cisco Networking Certifications a plus
• Perform capacity planning and capacity management to prevent any negative impacts.
• Support change management processes.
• Vendor management.
