Looking for a Small Office Space in Chapel Hill-Durham

A small nonprofit organization is looking for office space for rent at the cost of $100- $200 price range in the Chapel Hill - Durham areas. We are willing to share space within other offices, take a small room, etc. All we need is a small room with desk space, and if a meeting/room/lobby space is available would be a plus.
