In dire need of 3 or 4 br house or townhouse for rent ASAP!

My roommates and I are in dire need of a new place to stay. Our lease will be running out soon. The property needs to be within 10-20 minutes of NCSU. We have no pets whatsoever. We arent all that picky about the location or what not. We are just trying to get into a house or townhouse by February 29 if not sooner. We can pay up to around 1100 - 1200 per month for rent. We are also hoping for a neighborhood that doesnt discriminate against age. Thanks for your time and hope to hear from someone soon.
