Looking for a home to rent

Hello
My husband and I currently reside in Upstate NY & we are looking
to relocate in the Raleigh, NC area or 10-15 minutes from Raleigh.
We are looking for a 3 bedroom/1 bath or 1.5 bath with a yard,in a good neighborhood. We are looking for something up to $825 a month.
We are also looking for a place that will not do a credit check,to be honest our credit needs major repair. We had major medical bills that put is behind terribly. With gas prices,electric bill prices going up,medical insurance goes up too. With the medical bills came medications that were not covered as well. We are looking for someone who will give us a second chance and overlook our credit. We are working to repair it so that we may someday purchase a house . We are able to give a deposit & are prepared to give two months of rent . We are using our tax refund to do this move. My husband will be coming down in March to look for a job. We also have a 2 year old son & a cat.
