Need to lease office space in the Garner Area, around the Highway 401 or 70 area. 10 month rental. Needs to have plenty of free parking, handicap accessilble, mostly or all open space, and paved parking. Prefer if it also has loading doc, easy to find and the parking lot is not busy.
