I am looking for someone to take over my lease. The lease on my studio is up on August 31st . This is a large, 2nd floor studio apartment in a quiet neighborhood.
Need someone to take over my lease as I'm moving to a 2 bedroom apartment. My studio is available as early as April 1st - located on North Beacon street in the heart of the Allston. Steps from all the trendy shops and restaurants.

Building has laundry room. Beautiful apartment features upgraded modern kitchen and bathroom. Huge Walk-in closet. Giant main room can fit a full bed plus more. Apartment is located on the 2nd floor. Heat and hot water are included.
