One professional seeking a rental unit of any type (house, apt, condo, etc) in or around downtown Raleigh. Aprox 700-900/month. (May consider more if place is real nice.) 2 bedrooms OR a large 1 bedroom preferred. Air conditioning a must. Have one house-trained, fixed, cat. Seeking a place starting the beginning of April. Have had same stable job for 8 years, plus good credit & rental references.
