Quiet, single, educated parent of 1 teen child in New Jersey, looking to relocate and rent 2 bdr with loft/den house/townhouse. Must accept Section 8. Priority lies with looking for a good school system and safe neighborhood for my daughter and I. I have an excellent rental and payment history with my current landlord of 10 years, who is willing to vouch for me. I have maintained and treated my current Willingboro, NJ rental as if it were my own. I am not your stereotypical Section 8 renter. If you are not familiar with Section 8, please feel free to email me with any questions you may have. Please, no brokers or real estate agents looking for me to pay a fee to help me find something. Looking to move in July 1st or later, but need to find something now. I have to allow Rental Assistance time for inspection & prepare payment voucher for the new landlord.
