Need a Female Roommate: $350 rent

My roommate is leaving unexpectedly. I need a roommate ASAP. I am looking for someone to move in around 6/1 (earlier if needed) through 9/1. I will be flexible with these dates.

Here are the specifics:
-Townhouse
-2 bedrooms (large)
-1 full bath upstairs (to share)
-1/2 bath downstairs
-living room
-dining room
-kitchen
-carpet and hardwoods throughout
-Parking is right beside the townhouse
-Quiet neighborhood
-Located across the street from West Raleigh Ball field
-Very close to NCSU and Meredith
-Barringer Drive (right off of Jones Franklin Rd.)

You would be responsible for rent at $350 ($700 total) and 1/2 the bills (usually around $90 to $120) for each month.

About me:
-23 years old
-Just moved from Wilmington (where I graduated from UNCW last May).
-Working long hours at my job in Raleigh (8:00 to 5:30 or longer M-F)
-Have a cat (he is 3)
