House/Townhouse in Wakefield school district desperately needed

I will be relocating from St. Louis back to Raleigh in May. I desperately need a 3 bedroom house or townhouse to rent in the Wakefield School district. I have no pets, im extremely neat and would be the perfect tenant. An ideal home would be 1700+ sq ft+ with a possible purchase option. I don't want to purchase until ive been in the area for awhile and get better familarized in that Raleigh has changed so much in 8 years. I would like to secure something by May 30 at the very latest. I am flexible on move date as long as it is no later than Aug 15.
