1bed/1ba apt - take over my lease! some util. incl.!

I need someone to take over my lease which ends in January. I live on Lake Johnson, convenient to 440, 40, Cary, and NCSU. Apartment is renovated, and water, trash, sewage, and wireless internet are all included in the rent. Spacious rooms, huge walk in closet, ceiling fan, washer/dryer, balcony with pool view. Safe and beautifully maintained! Pet and security deposits are taken care of. I am mostly moved out already so its available ASAP!
