Searching for an apartment/duplex/house in downtown Raleigh by end of June

I am moving back to Raleigh to attend school. I would prefer to find a place as close to N.C. State campus as possible and that accepts small pets. One tiny thing I am really hoping for is hardwood floors. I have deinfitely had enough apartment carpet in my life.
