Need home July 1 in Cary or Raleigh, close to NCSU

We are a military family in need of a home to rent from in Cary or Raleigh. We have a well mannered, house trained dog. We have great rental history and a long employment record. We have been home owners and landlords ourselves, so we'be been there. We will take care of your place and pay on time. We are just in the area for 3 years, so the lease could possibly be needed for that long. Let us know what and where the house is located and when it is available, we have some flexiblitiy with time, as we have family in NC that we could stay with for a few weeks in July. Also, let us know what schools the area is districted for.
